Orrefors? Waterford? crystal bowl with ground top A9/14

Beautiful crystal bowl Could be orrefors/waterford. Both companies has similar design and it does have a ground bottom and top. This piece has a beautiful cut design all the way around the bowl. This would make a beautiful serving bowl for a holiday meal, Or just to add to your collection.
