Vintage NAPCO porcelain Figurine ALL'S CLEAR SH1B No Rain C7/17

Vintage Napco porcelain figurine titled "All's Clear" #SH1B. A cute little girl is shown with her umbrella under her arm and carrying her rain boots. It measures 5 1/2" high and 3 1/2" x 2 1/4". The figurine is in very good condition.
